PartyPoker Removes High Stakes Cash Games

We have already written that PartyPoker traffic has dropped by a whopping 50% since last year. Probably, such sad statistics made the representatives of the room to take a tough decision and remove all high stakes tables from the lobby. Last week the site has removed all No Limit Hold’em games of $10/20 or higher, with the limit games of $30/60 or bigger also being canned.

It is believed the move will help the site’s “poker ecology”, and with those big stakes tables no longer on offer, they obviously hope to keep as many of their customers on site for a longer spell, rather than have them burn through their deposits in games they’re not properly staked for.
