David Einhorn Joins Big One for One Drop
Recently, his involvement in the most expensive tournament in poker history - Big One for One Drop confirmed David Einhorn, a hedge fund manager from New York. David is the founder and president of Greenlight Capital, a $7.8 billion hedge fund in Manhattan. Moreover, Einhorn announced that all his possible winnings will be donated to City Year, a charity focused on keeping kids in school and on track to graduate.

Billionaire’s poker skills should not be underestimated, as in 2006, Einhorn finished 18th in the World Series of Poker main event and also donated his winnings (over $650,000) to charity. Einhorn became the 42nd participant of the $1 million buy-in Big One, which means that there are still 6 vacant places. At the moment the prize pool for the Big One sits at more than $37,000,000. The event is expected to meet its 48-player cap, with the winner receiving more than $16 million.
