INTRODUCTION :

My name is Varun Vimal. Moved back to India 5 yrs ago and its one of the best decisions i made. Currently am living between Bangalore and Goa and have supported myself financially off poker for the last 18 months :).


Its a game I have been dabbling in for ages but never seem to get bored of. I'm an actuary by profession (google it if you dont know what it is) and I guess that mathematical background gave me my poker foundation.

Currently I play a lot of live poker (pretty much everyday) from stakes of Rs. 100/200 all the way upto Rs. 1000/2000. The more I play the more I learn and I figured incorporating online poker would be good for balance :)

When im not playing or sleeping I like to workout , watch movies, spend time with my girl (who is extremely supportive of what i do ) or just kick back.

Poker is a buzz in India , and Im happy to be here at the start...
