What happens once I’ve joined Team Fundoo?

You will first be required to complete a 3 day assessment period at the initial level. Once this has been successfully completed, a Team Fundoo manager will be in touch to discuss the next steps.

How does the staking work?

Your poker account will be credited with your daily bankroll allowance which you are free to play with at the agreed stakes. Each day, your account will be reset to your daily allowance.

What happens if lose money?

Fundoopoker take responsibility for your bankroll so you are not in any way liable for any losses you incur. However, should you lose twice your daily bankroll allowance; you will be dropped down a level according the bankroll criteria (see table below).

If you fall 3 daily bankroll allowances from your starting allowance, then your play will be assessed by a Team Fundoo Manager. FundooPoker reserve the right to remove you from the program at this point.

Can I choose which stakes to play?

The stakes you can play are dictated by your daily bankroll allowance. You may not play at a higher level than agreed and doing so may result in you being removed from the program.  However, you can move up in stakes if you reach the required criteria.

How do I move up in stakes?

We encourage Team Fundoo players to improve their game and move up through the stakes, but you must meet certain criteria first. If you successfully get in profit by three times your daily bankroll allowance, then your Team Fundoo manager will increase your daily bankroll allowance and you can move up a blind level. You can continue to move up according to the bankroll criteria (see table below) as long as you continue to be profitable.

What happens to my profit?

Any profits you make during the course of the month are distributed at the end of the month. You will directly receive 25% of the profits, and another 25% will be reinvested back into your stake which you can cash out at the end of the staking agreement.

FundooPoker receive a 25% share of the profit and the remaining 25% is added to your staking balance to help you move up through the stakes.

Are there any benefits if I play lots of poker?

Absolutely. The whole point of Team Fundoo is for us to reward our members and every time you have a winning month you will be rewarded with an additional bonus based on the volume you have played. The more you play, the more we pay.

And the end of each month you will receive your bonus in the form of Fundoo Points which can easily be exchanged for cash. Many Team Fundoo players multi table for several hours a day and this can result in a significant income, particularly as you move up through the stakes.

How long am I staked for?

You can be staked indefinitely as long as both parties are happy. You can choose to conclude the staking agreement and the end of a calendar month providing you have completed 90 daily sessions in total. At this point you will receive your share of any profit for your final month and also your share of any reinvestment back into your stake. Should FundooPoker exercise their right at any time to terminate the agreement, you will also be paid out accordingly – unless you have breached the terms and conditions.

Is there anything else I should know?

As a member of Team Fundoo you are a representative of FundooPoker and are expected to behave accordingly. We expect you to maintain a professional stance at all times when you are playing poker.

We also require you to blog about your poker play which will be published on the FundooPoker website, and submit hands to our Poker Hands section. You are also expected to submit a photograph which will also be published on the website.

You should be aware that we receive daily reports from the poker room which detail all of your poker playing activity and any winnings or losses. You are not to play outside the agreed stakes and you should not play tournaments without the express permission of a Team Fundoo manager. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in your staking agreement being terminated immediately.

We also consider members of Team Fundoo for staking into live tournaments.  There is no set criteria for this but the more successful you are the more likely we are to offer this. If you would like to be considered for staking into a live tournament, please contact your Team Fundoo manager.
