Hey guys!

Today wasn’t the best day for me and I am in not in interested in talking much about it. So I would discuss a hand I posted couple of days ago.

I made a standard raise on the button with K 10o and villain limp called my raise. He was doing this almost every hand and so I knew that he had a very wide calling range. Flop was J 4 4 and villain shoved on the flop. Now I did not catch anything on the flop but I had seen villain do this couple of times before on the flop when the board was paired because he thought that the probability of hitting the flop when the board is paired is comparatively less. His shove was worth $7 in a $2 pot so I could have easily folded but I thought that he would not do that if he had hit the flop. So I decided to look him up and I was right.

You can check the hand out at,

And I would also like share this link to anyone who still hasn’t seen the famous hand between Phil Galfond and Bill Klein from the recently concluded HSP S7.

Until next time…
