An Incredible Comeback of “Isildur1”
A prominent representative of the highrollers’ movement – the Swede Victor Blom is known for his ability to quickly win and lose cosmic sums of money. Like Robin Hood or Zorro, he suddenly appears at the virtual tables to take money from the rich and immediately return them... No, not to the poor, but to other rich players. As you might know, “Isildur1” mainly plays at highstakes. Suck kind of redistribution of resources.
Last week Viktor Blom returned to PokerStars cash tables to walk away $577,000 richer after a hot 10 hour session. It all started with the "micro" $ 25 / $ 50 tables, where the Swede did a little muscle-flexing before moving on to heads-up $50/$100 against Ben “Sauce123” Sulsky. This clash of the Titans ended win Blom’s win of $ 60,000, after which he "teleported" to the highest stakes games running - $100/$200 at the time - where he played 6-Max PLO against Jens “Jeans89” Kyllonen, doncarignano, MaiseE, Phil “MrSweets28” Galfond and mTw-DaviN.
Despite multi-tabling against some of the top pros online, Blom still managed to make a profit at almost every level he played, eventually finishing up by nearly $600,000. Amongst the biggest pots won by Viktor Blom were two worth $105.600 and $99,000 against Phil “MrSweets28″ Galfond, as well as a $91,000 pot against fellow Swede ‘MaiseE.’
The fate of 6-digit Isildur’s profit is still unknown, as Blom continues playing, but one thing is for sure - the appearance of Victor Blom at high stakes guarantees everyone the real action! We are looking forward to his further performances!
